“When I met Marcy, I was unknowingly embarking on what would become the biggest pivot in my career thus far. I was overcommitted with working two careers, going to school and trying to launch a dream company with my husband. I was experiencing burnout and really unsure of where to go next. I’d been a hairstylist for 20 years and a public speaker for 13 years. I knew it was time to let go of the salon to make space for focusing on my other work but I didn’t know how to do it.
It’s hard for me to put into words what Marcy has meant to me. She championed me through the difficult tasks necessary to move myself forward. She reminded me to celebrate when I do hard things. She offered so many resources to help me understand myself and what I really want. But most importantly she challenged me when I was blocking myself from the next level that was out there for me. That was the key.
I have now completely let go of my work in the salon which I truly loved, but it was no longer serving me. Celebrating what it meant to me and clearing it from my life allowed me to focus on my other work as a public speaker and created more space for dreams. Marcy encouraged me to dream my big dreams and now my husband and I are looking at our first opportunity to be keynote speakers for our own brand next summer. Wow, I can still hardly believe it! I’ve come so far and Marcy was truly with me on the journey.
When you’re looking to make a big change, friends are great but there’s nothing like having a coach in your life. You deserve to commit to it for yourself and you deserve a dynamic coach like Marcy. She is empathic and non-judgmental. She’s warm, open, encouraging and authentic. She is a wealth of knowledge and resources and she shows genuine excitement to be with you on your journey.
In truth, I don’t think a word exists, at least in English, that can describe how much Marcy has meant to me. Thank you from the bottom of my full heart.”

“When I first contacted Marcy, I was completely stuck. My long-term relationship had ended, I wasn't working, and I felt like I didn’t know who I was anymore. I was completely withdrawn and had no idea how to climb out of the hole I had made for myself.
I had never heard of coaching before and admit I was a little hesitant, but Marcy immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable and made it incredibly easy to open up. She felt like a friend, she knew how to give encouragement and praise when it mattered most, and she listened keenly, remembering later even small details about something I said. It made me feel like me and my problems mattered and she gave me the right support to help overcome them.
We spent a lot of time working on my values and my strengths and how to make use of them, and uncovered facets of my personality I didn’t even realize I had. Marcy even helped me see some of my weaknesses in a new light. While it’s still definitely a work in progress, I find myself seeing less of things I don’t like about myself and more things I can work on and set goals towards improving. I have less of a defeatist attitude in the face of challenges and difficulties, and realize how even small achievements can be significant.
Marcy helped me rediscover who I am and what I want out of life. After our sessions I almost felt reborn in a sense.”
